No remedial this week


Weather has turned cold and rainy for the last couple of days so hope that all P3/3 children learns to take care of themselves by eating healthily and exercising regularly.


Chinese New Year is also around the corner and this week is a short school week with dismissal at 1030am on Wednesday.  


I have printed past year CA1 papers from Eunos Primary School to let the pupils try it out over the Chinese New Year 4 days holidays.  The purpose is not to test the pupils but to let them have a feel of how the CA papers are going to be like.

It is the first day of English remedial and the pupils learnt about how to "SCORE" in their composition writing.  Go ahead, ask them about it and let them amaze you how they will write their composition in the future!


No homework today as Mr Cheng is consolidating all the activity books for marking and checking.


Homework will be given for the weekend.


The pupils have also received their Student's Handbook today.

$13.80 is for the Exam papers from other schools which will be for the whole year
$3.50 is for the Student's Dairy

We have completed our Mathematics Topical Test and the results have been made known to the pupils.  Though many of us did not do well, it is after all our first test of the school term. I am sure we will do better at the next test!

1) For next Thursday, we will have Maths & Science Spelling!  The spelling list will be given out tomorrow (14 January 2011).

2) It is CCA Promotion Day tomorrow and the children will get to try the various CCAs available in Eunos Primary!  They will also be given a CCA decision form to bring home.  Do help them fill it up to select their CCA.

Start of week 2!  I am happy to see the pupils adapting well to the new class environment, their new classmates and of course, a new form teacher.


Each pupil now has a Homework Folder as Homework Notebook.  All important forms, letters and worksheets will be inside the Homework Folder each day and all pupils will write down the day's homework and announcements for parent's reference.


Principal's Letter was also given out today.  Parents/Guardians, please read through the letter and return the acknowledge slip with your signature to me via your child.


New timetable for Pri 3/3 was given out today.  We will start the new timetable from tomorrow, 11 January 2011.
